The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. This position is listed as a back server in our fine-dining steakhouse Ireland's. The ideal candidate for this position will have fine dining experience, the ability to exhibit an extended set of steps of service, and the ability to establish a customized service that will create repeat and referral business.
