A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the overall hotel kitchen and prep areas in addition to china, silverware, and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.
Please Note: must be able to work overnight shifts (example 10:00pm to 6:00am or 11:00pm to 7:00am), including weekends and holidays
