The Electronic Sales & Marketing Manager, Transient will have the following primary responsibilities:
*Manage E-commerce strategies, as well as support technical implementation of E-commerce initiatives.
*Identify/drive opportunities for E-commerce revenue generation.
*Develop and implement an E-commerce evaluation process to identify and measure effectiveness.
*Establish and maintain communication with brand-specific contacts in all areas of E-commerce.
*Act as the lead expert in extablishing and maintaining brand standards and best practices for the property.
*Work with the Director of Marketing to review analytics to measure sucess/failure of campaigns.
*Develop, implement and act as a liason to increase hotel marketing share.
*Oversee planning and execution of daily operations and communicate corporate promotions for hotel.
*Initiate relevant market research to benchmark performance against competitors and understand customer needs as a basis for future business strategies and initiatives.
*Monitor accurate presence /postings of brand website, third party E-commerce sites, GDS channels, competitors websites and social medial channels

Qualifications
* Self-starter and a team leader * Effective management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Creative, organized and strong business sense * Suberb proficiency in spoken and written English * Effective communications & presentation skills * Data modeling skills * Web analytics experience * Proven quantitative analytical skills * CRM experience preferred * Degree in Marketing/PR/Communications, Hospitality Management or related disciplines * A minimum of 5 years relevant experience of which 3 years must be in management capacity * In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategic planning process
