They are responsible for personalizing the service for each guest by handling the welcoming and registration process, communicating the hotel services and ensuring the guests satisfaction at all levels. Other duties include ensuring the guests are escorted and their luggage transported to and from the rooms efficiently.
Qualifications
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
* Refined verbal and written communications skills
* Preferably two languages
* Hospitality experience a plus, but not required
