Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing
Front Office Supervisors lead the room, house and linen attendants whom are responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include responding to guest inquires and general office duties. A minimum of 1-year hotel experence and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Please note this position requires schedule flexibility for both AM and PM shifts to include weekends and holidays
