The Steward is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware in the main dishroom. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with pot washing and food running. This is a fast paced position.
Qualifications
* Capable of working efficiently and safely * Rudimentary verbal communication skills * Able to stand and/or walk for a long period of time * Able to lift 25 lbs. * Able to push/pull 50 lbs. * Previous stewarding experience preferred
