The Outlets Manager is responsible for maximizing restaurant department profitability in Shor, Forno, and M/X Lounge. Manage outlets staff and insure customer satisfaction.  Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs and monitor the restaurant's budget to ensure efficient operations, including achieving budgeted revenue and labor expenses. Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation. Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancement measures.

Duties include:

* Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the Restaurant operations
* Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
* Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
* Ensure superior service standards are maintained at all times
* Participate in the development, implementation, and marketing of new and creative menus to attract a pre-determined customer market
* Ensure the effective utilization and productivity of all associates including staff planning, hiring, training and development
* Oversee all phases of restaurant operations
* Excellent track record continually training outlet staffs
* Closely monitor guests dining experiences
* Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenues and average checks
* Maintain a strong presence on the floor
* Plan, coordinate & implement special events and holiday functions

Qualifications

* Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
* 3 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience (typically with Hyatt)
* Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
* At least 2 years experience in management role in a food and beverage environment
* Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
* Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
* Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
