Banquet servers are responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. This position is best suited for candidates with an extremely flexible schedule.

Hyatt Regency Bellevue is currently undergoing an expansion. The hotel will grow from 382 guestrooms and 17,000 sq. ft. of meeting space to 733 guestrooms and 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. The expansion is slated for completion July 31, 2009.
