Hyatt Internationals Corporate Training Program is designed for those people with the greatest potential to become part of the Hyatt International Operations top management team of tomorrow. It provides the individual with the additional training necessary to take on the responsibilities of a management position and to progress rapidly within Hyatt.
The successful candidate will undertake an intensive 52 week traineeship which consists of:
· 12 week operational overview of all hotel divisions and;
· an intensive 40 week period of training focusing on all facets of the Engineering Department
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering or Construction Management or;
Trade qualified with at least 3 years experience.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
