The Corporate Leadership Training programme is designed for those graduate with the highest potential to become part of Hyatt International Operations' top management team and provides them with the additional training necessary to take on the responsibilities of a management position and to progress rapidly within the company.
The programme is customised to each individual's training needs, previous work experience and personal objectives, and is designed to accommodate the Trainee's own career aspirations and the company's professional standards of performance.
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Qualifications
The programme is open to graduates who have a degree in hotel management, business management or equivalent.
Preferred minimum 2 years work experience as hotel or 4 years in a similar large Food and Beverage company.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they are resourceful and a self-starter, making sure that they take ownership for maximising the learning opportunities offered by the programme.
