You will be responsible for the efficient running of the events division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. You are to ensure the smooth and efficient of the Events department, covering both the catering sales as well as convention services functions of the hotel.
Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with integrity and experience in events management. The candidate must be an action-oriented person with a high customer and quality focus, being flexible and having strong time and task management skills. Teamwork spirit, communication and well-developed interpersonal skills are essential. We are looking for a person with passion for service that wants to make a difference in our company. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Catering or Convention Services in large operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Chinese local with high proficiency in English.
