Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or bar management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Bar Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large bar with high standards.
Ideally the candidate should be a fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker
