We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team.
In this role you will prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 4 years as Apprentice in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards Exposure to a variety of cuisines Ability to demonstrate creative flair Ability to work effectively within a team environment Ability to work professionally and efficiently under pressure A comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential
