The preferred candidate must have a positive attitude and excellent people skills, previous customer service experience is preferred. The position of Andaz Host Assistant Manager is requested the related experience at least 2 years, preferable with Concierge background. Andaz Host Assistant Manager's responsibility is to assit Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager to organize the whole team and the important task is to service the guests and solve the problem effectively.
Qualifications:
A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
A personal interest in Shanghai dining and events.
Ability to use own initiative to exceed guest experiences.
