Hyatt Internationals Corporate Training Program is designed for those people with the greatest potential to become part of the Hyatt International Operations top management team of tomorrow. It provides the individual with the additional training necessary to take on the responsibilities of a management position and to progress rapidly within Hyatt.
Hyatt Regency Jing Jin City Resort and Spa is offering a Corporate Leadership Trainee position in 2012, focused in Food and Beverage.
Qualifications
The programme is open to graduates who have a Bachelor degree in hotel management, business management or equivalent. Well spoken and written English, and ideally Mandarin is required. Candidates must have the authorization to work in China.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they are resourceful and a self-starter, making sure that they take ownership for maximizing the learning opportunities offered by the programme.
