Assisting in the greeting and seating of guests Serving food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff. Co-operating with and assisting Culinary, Materials, Management and Stewarding staff. Responding to guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, both in person and on the telephone. Assisting in opening (including mise en place) set up and closing of the outlet and communicate the information necessary to ensure a smooth handover before a break and at the end of a shift. Providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times following Park Hyatt Sydney's Standard of Performance.
Qualifications
Good food and beverage service skills Coffee making skills Current NSW RSA Certificate Knowledge of wines and other beverages 1 year previous experience in a similar role and environment
