You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running in the training function in accordance with the hotel's identified training needs and Hyatt International's standards in training. The Food & Beverage Trainer is responsible to assist the Director of Food & Beverage in identifying training needs within the Food & Beverage Division and monitoring departmental standards as defined in Departmental Operations Manual.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage or Team Leader in a large hotel with good standards. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
