Roppongi Hills Club is the exclusive membership club located on the 51st floor of Mori Tower at Roppongi Hills.
We welcome our Members to the Club as their "home away from home".
As a member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
You will be required to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the club.
We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and have good knowledge in service.
This full-time position will give you the chance to expand your knowledge and experience and
develop other skills as well.
Qualifications
Qualified candidate must :
have diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management
well developed communication and customer relations skills.
have high computer skills (Excel,Word, PowerPoint)
fluent in Japanese (native level)
be currently living in Japan (or have plans on living in Japan within 3 months)
