You will assist the Training Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Training Department, in accordance with the hotel's identified Training Needs and Hyatt International's standards in Training. You will assist the Director of Rooms in identifying training needs within the Rooms Division and monitoring departmental standards as defined in Departmental Operations Manual.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Rooms Manager or Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
