This role is responsible for producing a consistent and high quality product in the assigned Kitchen. You will be expected to provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Grand Hyatt Melbourne and Hyatt International Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience as a Commis Chef in a five-star hotel (or restaurant of high standards) or completed Apprenticeship in a hotel or restaurant with good standards Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Passion for hospitality, particularly the culinary field Good understanding & knowledge of HACCP Exceptional culinary skills Current work rights in Australia
