You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Commis Chef is responsible to prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Work as kitchen staff in Fiorentina Kitchen.

レストランの運営コンセプト、ハイアットホテルズの基準に沿い、丁寧かつプロフェッショナルで柔軟性を持ったサービスを確実に提供する。

Qualifications

Work experience as Commis Chef or Apprentice in a hotel or a restaurant with good standards.
Basic culinary skill in Western or Italian cuisine
Candidates who have Japanese work permit, and have fluent Japanese communication skills.

西洋料理・イタリアン調理経験がある方
ホテル経験者優遇
