This busy position is responsible for first point of contact customer service at our concierge desk, which includes driveway management, guest luggage handling, valet parking and assisting guests with information and tour bookings

Qualifications
Candidates ideally will have: · previous Bell Attendant/Concierge experience or study toward a Hospitality qualification · exceptional grooming and customer service skills · ability to carry out frequent manual handling tasks · flexibility to work shift work (including evenings, nights and weekends) · a current manual C class drivers license.
