To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Park Hyatt Sydney Standard of Performance.
Assist in opening (including mise en place) set up and closing of the outlet and communicate the information necessary to ensure a smooth handover before a break and at the end of a shift.
To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu.
To assist the Team Leader - Events in the smooth and efficient manning of the outlet.
Works closely with other Outlet employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Assist the Team Leader - Events with monthly stocktakes.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and Interpersonal Skills
Able to carry and lift heavy objects, up to 20kg
Current NSW RSA Certificate
Knowledge of different banquet setup i.e. Cabaret, U-shape, Boardroom, Classroom, etc
Preferable prerequisite experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry
