You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reservations Department in Sales and Marketeing Division.
セールス&マーケティング部門内の宿泊予約の一員として、お客様の滞在をより円滑で楽しく実り多いものにするための手伝い、手配、情報を提供する。

Provides a courteous and professional service at all times
いかなる時も、礼儀正しく、プロフェッショナルなサービスを提供する。

Qualifications

Holds a diploma/suitable qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
ホスピタリティまたはツーリズムマネジメントなど適当な学位を持つ

Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.
コミュニケーション力、交渉力を持つ

Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
進捗管理ができ、組織力もある

Well-developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office and Lotus Notes.
PCスキル、特にMS Office、ロータスノーツにおいて十分なスキルを持つ

Fluent Japanese and English skills- written and spoken, multi-lingual desirable
英語力-読解、スピーキング、マルチリンガルであれば望ましい

Essential prerequisite is experience in the Travel and Hotel industry
旅行・ホテル業界での経歴が必須条件

Candidates who have Japanese work permit.
