Grand Hyatt Santiago is seeking a motivated full time Duty Manager to work in the hotel's busy and dynamic Front Office Department.
The Overnight Manager on Duty is responsible for the oversight of safety and security of the hotel. This person will respond to guest and employee emergencies as well as complete incident reports. Customer service experience, basic computer skills, and good communication skills are necessary.
Qualifications
· Front Office experience in busy five star hotels is essential · Proven experience in supervising, motivating and training others would be an advantage. · Candidates should also possess excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills. · Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Fluent language ability both in Spanish and English.
