The Corporate Leadership Programme has been designed for those graduates with the greatest potential to become part of our top management team of tomorrow, and provides them with the additional exposure and development necessary to take on the responsibilities of a management position, allowing them to progress rapidly within our organisation.
Program Overview:
The program is customized to each individual's development needs, previous work experience and personal objectives, and is designed to accommodate the graduate's own career aspirations and the company's professional standards of performance.
The pace of the programme, which sets a challenging schedule for each candidate, is based on two phases: Exposure in various departments of the hotel An intensive period of training focusing on the Trainee's agreed area of interest The programme includes both hands-on practical experience as well as opportunities for the candidate to develop people management skills in a variety of learning environments.
Please note that Corporate Trainee positions are available worldwide in our hotels, and geographical placement will depend upon availability of visa and knowledge of the local language.
Qualifications
Selection Criteria: Our Training Program is open to graduates who will usually have a degree in hotel management, business management or equivalent. A good working knowledge of the English language is required and ideally fluency in one additional language. Additional competencies, such as flexibility and action orientation are a must. Program Duration: The length of the program will depend on each individual's training needs and previous experience and is typically 18 months. At the end of the program, graduates will be placed in their first entry-management position within their choosen field of specialisation.
