The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
To serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
Clean and polish materials and equipment such as glass, china and silverware
Arrange function rooms and set tables to required specifications
Present menus and taking customer orders when necessary
Observe guests in order to anticipate their needs and fulfil any additional requests.
Assess and monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal
Attend to guest complaint's and requests and refer these to the Head Waiter where appropriate
Clear and clean up at conclusion of function
Return all equipment and materials used to appropriate storage areas.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the same or similar role within a five star hotel environment. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
