Roppongi Hills Club is the exclusive membership club located on the 51st floor of Mori Tower at Roppongi Hills.
We welcome our Members to the Club as their "home away from home".
As a member of the Dining Reservation team, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
You will be required to assist the reservation department in managing the day-to-day operation of the club.
We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and have good knowledge in service.
This full-time position will give you the chance to expand your knowledge and experience and
develop other skills as well.
代表電話及びダイニング予約受付スタッフ
オペレーター業務にとどまらず、お客様のご要望を汲み取り、最適のサービスをご提案するスキルが求められます。
例えば、（接待利用にて）ご利用されるダイニングやお料理のご提案から、同窓会や誕生日会、
皆様でお集まり頂くパーティーの受注など、会員制クラブならではのフレキシブルな対応が求められ、
その幅は非常に多岐に渡ります。
職務内容： 電話による代表電話及びダイニング予約受付
弊社への一般的な問い合わせ対応
六本木ヒルズクラブ会員様からのダイニング予約対応
各ダイニングとの予約内容調整等の社内調整 等
Qualifications
Qualified candidate must :
• have good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills .
• have high computer skills (Excel,Word, PowerPoint)
• fluent in Japanese and English (native level)
• be currently living in Japan (or have plans on living in Japan within 3 months)
必要業務経験：
テレフォンオペレーター経験あれば尚可
語学力：
英語力
