Roppongi Hills Club is the exclusive membership club located on the 51st floor of Mori Tower at Roppongi Hills. We welcome our Members to the Club as their "home away from home".
As a member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. You will be required to assist the Front Office in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the club.
We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and have good knowledge in service. This full-time position will give you the chance to expand your knowledge and experience and develop other skills as well.
フロント部門の責任者として勤務について頂きます。 会員様をおもてなしし、また会員様のグッドコメントへのフィードバックやコンプレイン・事故などへの対応を行います。
会員制クラブのフロント部門責任者としての職務内容: フロント業務(お客様のアテンド、予約管理、電話応対、キャッシャー業務)全般の管理・運営 スタッフの管理・育成 VIPのお客様の接遇、グッドコメントやコンプレイン、事故、緊急時の対応等
Qualifications
Qualified candidate must : have minimum 2 years work experience as Restaurant Manager or Front Office Manager have good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills . have high computer skills (Excel,Word, PowerPoint) fluent in Japanese and English (native level) be currently living in Japan (or have plans on living in Japan within 3 months) 語学力: 日本語・英語ともに高いコミュニケーション能力を有する方
経験等: ホスピタリティ業界での経験必須 レストランマネージャー経験者、マネージメント経験者歓迎
