Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove is seeking a hard working individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to join our Front Office team.
Reporting to the Bell Desk Supervisor, your role will be to ensure an efficient and courteous service is provided to all guests at the hotel. Duties include greeting and transportation of hotel guests, luggage delivery and retrieval, and the handling of guest requests.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills Superior customer service Physically fit Ability to work well under pressure Excellent grooming and presentation Available to a variety of shifts on week days, weekends and public holidays Available to work Xmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day Manual driver's licence essential Own reliable transport
