Responsible for shift coverage. Candidate will maintain building and equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, etc.) 3-5 years experience performing facility maintenance in medium to large commercial buildings. Competent in performing duties that involved chill water systems, domestic/space heating boilers, water distribution systems, pools/spa systems and single/three phone electrical troubleshooting. Most possess good mechanical common sense and eye for detail. Self motivated and can work unsupervised a must.
Qualifications
Flexible schedule required. Evenings and weekends required.
