You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations
To ensure that the Hygiene standards are maintained in the hotel and all food producation, storage areas.
To ensure personal hygiene standards of employees working in production is upto the required standards
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Hygiene or Microbiology
Atleast 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in hotel or hospitality industry
