Assist the Director of Engineering and Assistant Director of Engineering with daily tasks. Receive and track, copy, distribute, issue, transmit documents to/from corporate office, vendors, engineering companies, and outside organizations. Manage and track Capital Projects purchases and invoices. Maintain electronic copy and hardcopy files and storage documents and keep databases up to date. Issue and track purchase orders. Document and distribute meeting minutes and agendas for engineering group and project teams. Prepare contract for vendors. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• 5 years administrative experience, preferably in an engineering environment. • Must be MS Applications proficient • Must have a record of good attendance, dependability, flexibility. • Must be highly organized and willing to learn and take direction. • Background with the following Applications preferred: MarkView (invoice processing), Oracle (Expense Reporting), ICaps (FF&E Projects), Payment Net (coding and approving), BirchStreet (purchase orders), WMS (payroll system).
