Our Food and Beverage Supervisor will require good communication skills, organizational skills, in addition to basic culinary skills. The desired candidate will have some supervisory experience in a quick service style restaurant. Experience as a line cook is also desired. Hotel experience is also a plus. The desired individual will have the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually to accomplish daily tasks.
The food and beverage supervisor will be primarily responsible for the Food and Beverage Operations of the property. In addition the desired candidate will be responsible for upholding Hyatt F&B standards in terms of food preparation and cleanliness. Front Desk experience is also a plus, but we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and gain new experiences.

Qualifications
Refined verbal communication skills.
2 years of previous line experience preferred.
1 years of previous hotel experience preferred.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
Able to work single station in the kitchen.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
