The F&B Supervisor will assist the outlets management team in operations of the Southwest Bistro Restaurant, Perks, In room dining and Marker 10 Bar in order to achieve guest satisfaction and quality service. Responsibilities will include:
Working and assisting all hourly employees on their daily tasks
Supervising service of guests
Assisting managers to establish and monitor side work duty completion
Assisting managers in training and development of hourly staff
Qualifications
Food and beverage/hotel experience preferred.
Ability to lift and carry weight up to 50 pounds.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be TABC and City of Austin Food Handler certified.
