The Front Office Guest Experience Ambassador position is a new and exciting customer service role within the Hyatt Regency Miami and is tasked with ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience while on property. This position is responsible for elevating the entire arrival experience for incoming guests.
The core responsibilities of the Guest Experience Ambassador include:
o Monitoring lobby traffic o Proactively assisting guest needs o Reading guest body language to determine what type assistance is required o Using available technology (iPad/radio) to facilitate guest needs (restaurant reservations, area information, etc) o Facilitating internal communications by dispatching Housekeeping/Guest Request, Engineering, Guest Services and other departments as needed o Performing key VIP welcome calls, sending amenities and hand-written notes to guests as applicable o Working closely with all departments to assist in ensuring a seamless transition
Qualifications
Qualifications for the Front Office Guest Experience Ambassador Role: Must have at least two years of experience working within a hotel setting, with at least one year at the front desk Prior front office/front desk experience required Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration or related field preferred Must have superior written and verbal communication skills Prior Hyatt experience preferred
