The individual must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. Excellent communication skills are required as this position is responsible for answering questions relating to the hotel. This person is responsible for recording guest food and/or beverage orders and offering menu suggestions. Must work well under pressure. Must be able to multi-task. Customer service experience preferred. Second and third shifts may be required.
