The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Front Desk and F&B Departments. This includes front desk shifts, overseeing front office and F&B staff, counseling employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, food preparation, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-year hotel experience, preferably in Guest Services or F&B Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
