You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Protocol is responsible to ensure that all standards are strictly followed in terms of accommodating guests coming from the diplomatic market segment and big delegations, securing that all their needs in all aspects are met starting from the reservation procedure down to the check out, according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Protocol / Protocol Manager in larger operation.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
This position is open to local Emirati national only.
