Housing Attendant is responsible to assist the Housing Manager in providing hands on support and guidance and ensuring the internal guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a relationship with the team.
Other areas of responsibilities are:
Ensuring the requirements at the accommodation are met at all times, prepare apartments for new arrivals, take inventory of apartments on departure of colleagues, handle all maintenance requests.
Ensuring that accommodation is clean, well maintained and attractively presented.
Ensuring a speedy resolution to any problems that may arise on shift.
Liaise with housekeeping regarding accommodation requirements.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Housing Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
