Assist in opening (including mise en place) set up and closing of the outlet Ensures all food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities in the outlet are maintained according to the Departmental Operation Manual requirements. Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies. Prepares and serves Cocktails Assist the Assistant Manager -Bars with monthly stock-takes. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
Qualifications
Good food and beverage service skills Coffee making skills Current NSW RSA Certificate Good experience and knowledge in making cocktails Good knowledge of wines and other beverages 1 year minimum experience in a similar role / venue type
