The contemporary but traditional Catch Restaurant & Bar features a magnificent crustacean display as its focal point, whilst next door you will find a dramatic horseshoe bar clad in aquamarine and mosaic. The 70 seat restaurant and 50 seat champagne bar occupy two beautifully restored rooms, mixing old and new both in the interior design and in the composition of the menus.
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented chef, ready to take the next step to join our busy restaurant. You must have a passion for food and enjoy working in a superior environment with the best ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have a high quality background and be able to demonstrate a positive and dedicated attitude.
