The Sunshine Concierge will be responsible for promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in our cabana areas by expressing an outgoing and enthusiastic attitude. Will be responsible for responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., golf lessons, spa services, dinner reservations) along with providing information and selling to guests available recreation facilities, activities, and equipment and placing of food and drink orders. Emphasis on Customer Service with an in depth understanding of all hotel areas along with surrounding area amenities, special events, and activities. Must be able to work outside for an extended period of time in cleaning and maintaining cabana equipment and supplies. Position requires that you must be able to stand for up to 5 hours in length, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 40lbs on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18 years of age and able to get TABC certification. This is a Seasonal position paying $9.00/hour. Must be able to work over Spring Break.
Must have previous Customer Service experience preferably in a Hotel/Resort or retail environment.
