To support the administrative requirement of the Director of Food and Beverage (and others when needed in the Food and Beverage department) and to develop efficient and positive communication systems to deal in a professional and positive fashion with the hotels prospects, customers and employees. To handle customer enquiries in a positive and professional manner, identifying customers needs presenting solutions smoothly and quickly.
Qualifications
Experience in Food and Beverage department in a hotel. Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and email. Minimum 2 years work experience as a secretary or Senior Clerk in a hotel or big company.
