A Commis chef requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired chef candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. A Commis chef should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.

Qualifications
Must have previous experience.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills.
