The responsibilities for this position could include, but is not limited to, assisting in managing all food/beverage outlets within the hotel. May be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and training of staff as well as coordinating special events.
This position is directly accountable for staff to ensure exemplary guest service. Previous Food & Beverage experience is required. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including AM & PM shifts, weekends & holidays.
