The Catering Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Catering/CS Managers. Duties include coordinating Banquet Event orders, heavy customer phone relations, and providing administrative support to one or more Catering/CS Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, willingness to assist, and the ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills a must. Proficiency in computer office systems is required.

Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Proficient knowledge of computer applications. Previous administrative or applicable experience required. Hotel experience a plus.
