The Guest Experience Manager will oversee the guest experience on a day to day basis. This may include, but is not limited to, interaction with guests throughout the lobby, responding to guests needs, ensuring satisfaction of every guests stay, assisting with basic New York and hotel information.

Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment Refined verbal and written communication skills Minimum of one year customer service experience required. Hospitality degree preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule incl. weekends, evenings and holidays.
