Grand Hyatt Melbourne currently requires a passionate Apprentice Chef to join our busy Culinary Operation. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to grow and progress within the five-star hotel industry. The role is responsible for producing a consistent and high quality product in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Grand Hyatt Melbourne and Hyatt International Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
The successful candidates will have: The availability to work a range of shifts over a 7 day 24 hour rotating roster. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
