You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt's People Brand throughout Indonesia.
This role is based at Grand Hyatt Jakarta and the appointed candidate is the Director of Human Resources for Grand Hyatt Jakarta as well as being responsible for the coordination of Human Resources activities in Hyatt's other properties in Indonesia.
Experience in Industrial Relations and Union negotiations in Indonesia is required.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of HR, or HR Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
